Single Point of Contact for Authorities (Article 11, DSA)
This Single Point of Contact is the official contact channel of M247 EUROPE S.R.L. for communications with competent authorities, regulatory bodies, judicial authorities, law enforcement authorities (where permitted by applicable law), and other authorized entities. It also serves as the Single Point of Contact for the purposes of Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online (TCO Regulation), and other applicable laws and regulations.

Notice and Action Mechanism (Article 16, DSA)
If you believe that content hosted through our services may be illegal under applicable law, you may submit a notice using the email address below.
Our abuse reporting channel is used for various types of abuse reports. To ensure that notices submitted under the DSA are identified and processed accordingly, please include "DSA Notice" in the subject line of your email.

Please include the following information in your notice: the URL, domain name, or IP address of the content; a description of the content and why you believe it may be illegal; any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence (if available); references to any applicable laws (if known).
Examples of content that may be reported through this mechanism include, but are not limited to, terrorist content, child sexual abuse material, copyright-infringing content, content facilitating fraud, content used to facilitate phishing or distribute malware, illegal hate speech, and any other content that may be unlawful under applicable law.
DSA Annual Transparency Reports
The reports are published in accordance with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act – DSA), taking into account the national implementation framework established by Romanian Law No. 50/2024. They provide an overview of the reports and communications received through our dedicated DSA channels.
No personal data, customer information, domain names, IP addresses, confidential business information, or other sensitive details are included.
